The Enterprise Programme offers a genuine partnership with Plantech either on a departmental or corporate basis. Under the Programme, the focus is on achieving measurable performance outcomes known as 'aspirations'.

The Enterprise Programme focuses on delivering key aspirations within an agreed timescale. Aspirations relating to each ACOLAID system or subsystem are reviewed and agreed annually to ensure that the software is enabling you to achieve the actual performance gains that you set out to achieve.

Payment by results

Sharing the risk in investment with a performance related remuneration model. Plantech commits to meeting these targets with the authority: if aspirations are not, the authority does not have to pay for this part of the programme
