The latest extension to our high performing ACOLAID suite offers a comprehensive means of monitoring performance levels
The Enterprise Front End software brings together user workflow, performance monitoring graphs, workload management, and an embedded web browser to offer a consolidated view of departmental performance.
User Workflow
The User Workflow panel lists active tasks, recently, completed tasks and available tasks that are pertinent to each individual user. Tasks are listed in priority order using a colour coded traffic light system.
Performance Monitoring
Embedded graphs are always up to date with back office system data, and allow users and managers to monitor performance easily within a single piece of software. Users can also "drill down" to analyse performance trends in the underlying data.
Workload Management
Using the Workload Management tools, managers can view individual and team workloads, and reallocate work by dragging and dropping tasks to the desired user. This saves managers considerable time and effort by eliminating the need to create tailored reports.
Web Browser
Enterprise's embedded web browser allows users to view key internet and intranet pages within the Enterprise Front End software without the need to open a different application. The Enterprise web browser also provides secure access to the Enterprise Community website, a portal to Plantech's internal systems.
