Plantech specialises in creating systems that work - and in implementing them swiftly and efficiently. Over the years our range of software solutions has grown, and we now provide corporate systems for local authorities that integrate data on people and places throughout the whole organisation.

Ours is an intensely practical approach. Plantech has worked in partnership with local authorities to implement electronic services that make a real difference - providing a better experience for the customer, and speeding up and simplifying the process for staff.

We have spent time and money on research and development to create a robust architecture for electronic services, which can grow and develop in a cost-effective way. Rather than focusing on a short-term grab for e-government money, we recognise that in the local government environment, in which IT expenditure is about one sixth of that in the commercial world, authorities have to be exceptionally businesslike about return on investment from new systems and projects.
