East Lindsey go live with the Enterprise Business Unit Front End
East Lindsey District Council follows in quick succession to Basingstoke and Deane who went live with the new software less than a week ago. Plantech worked closely with the Council to ensure the project in its entirety was completed only four weeks after the installation of the software. The user friendliness of the system, along with the quality of the training provided, enabled users to become familiar with the system very quickly.
'We decided to purchase the Enterprise Business Unit Front End as it fitted in well with our drive for continuous improvement in service delivery. Initial impressions of the software have been very good, users have found it incredibly useful and reassuring to know how they are contributing to the overall performance of the department. Being able to manage staff workloads by simply dragging and dropping has been a big positive.
