Manchester City Council select Enterprise Business Unit Front End
Manchester Building Control have selected the Enterprise Business Unit Front End to help with management of the workloads and performance within the Building Control Department.
The Enterprise Business Unit Front End works with the ACOLAID suite of systems to provide prioritised workflow (one click to open the relevant case on the appropriate form), and dynamic performance feedback, to all staff, at all levels within the department.
Prioritised workflow helps you make the best possible decision on what is your next most important task and feedback allows you to see live graphs of your performance, your team's performance and your department's performance; and adjust your staff workloads.
Manchester will take advantage of the Management Tools included which enable managers to securely monitor and compare staff workloads, and easily re-allocate tasks from one staff member to another by dragging and dropping the tasks.
The Building Control Inspections Manager, which is also included, acts as an electronic inspections diary and simplifies the management of inspection allocation on a daily basis, again with easy using drag and drop facilities.
