Renfrewshire buy ACOLAID for Property Enquiries
Renfrewshire Council has bought Plantech's Scottish Property Enquiries system to process Property Enquiries Certificates (PECs). The system will integrate with the Council's existing ACOLAID systems for Planning and Building Standards, embedded ArcEngine.NET and Anite document management system.
The move to the new system will help the Council achieve its longer term aim of automating system processes and spatial working. ACOLAID will replace a hybrid of paper based sources, access databases and GIS with one integrated electronic solution.
