ACOLAID for Licensing is fully integrated with all other ACOLAID systems, meaning officers in authorities using ACOLAID for Planning and Environmental Health for example are able to access data from other departments. Similarly planners and environmental health officers can access details of licence conditions or make representations on an application.

Flexible management of licences
ACOLAID offers a complete solution, flexible enough to manage any licensing process. ACOLAID for Licensing records the information required to issue the entire range of licences. It can be configured to record checks for each type of licence and information, such as consultee details, can be preloaded where appropriate. This helps ensure that statutory information is collected and deadlines are enforced. The checks, along with the intuitive layout of the forms, help guide the user through the most complicated licensing processes.
Electronic service delivery
Submitting licence applications electronically via the Web improves departmental efficiency and contributes to the overall improvement of your council's electronic services ensuring higher levels of government funding. Licensing officers can preview any new application before it is accepted and the details automatically populate the back office Licensing system.
