This system enable exact monitoring of the proposed use and completed changes in dwellings and land use

Links to relevant planning application to prevent double entry of data and maintain links to GIS system.

Permits storage of base information such as whether the land is Green or Brown field, and allows differentiation between Gross and Net Site Area.

Records information of what is existing and proposed at the time of application and details of what is Outstanding, Under Construction or Completed at a specific date.

Generates differential values for what has been completed within a period from the cumulative values.

Information submitted through the Planning Portal is automatically entered into the system so there is no need to key in any data more than once.
